Please provide your phone number when placing an order and make sure your email address is correct so we can contact you quickly if there are any issues with your order. Also, be sure to double-check that your shipping address is accurate. If your package is going to a building, make sure to include your floor and room (or apartment) number, because if the address isn’t clear, some local couriers might not be able to find it and could even refuse delivery. Any extra preferences can only be added in the checkout notes when placing the order or sent to us by email within 2 hours after ordering.
